The Fact Finder Artist-in-residence-Programm in Berlin / Winter 2018-2019

The selected resident will have access to a studio space for three months in a well-known art and gallery district of Berlin (Schöneberg), In addition to the working space, we offer the possibility of presenting the results of the residency in a form of a final exhibition or a talk event.
The studio-facility has a total area of 50 sqm, (two rooms) with an additional storage area, bathroom and utilities. The space is not a live-in studio. The residents are recommended to arrange for their own accommodation, travel and insurance while in Berlin.
The three-months self-directed residency programme is opened to both curators and artists, for new research or for production based on the results of a prior research.
The final residency exhibition will take place over a one-week duration (within the residency period). Alternatively, the resident may sustain a short presentation of results in a form of a talk.
The residency fee is in the total amount of 1800 euro, + a deposit of 300 Euro.
