Natalia Sielewicz
The Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw
Natalia Sielewicz is an art historian and curator currently working at the The Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, where she recently curated an exhibition "Private Settings.Art after the Internet". She graduated from the Courtauld Institute of Art and Central Saint Martins College in London, and was a scholarship recipient at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington. She curates the annual Kinomuzeum film festival at The Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, devoted to the most interesting phenomena on the borders between cinema, video art and experimental film. She is also involved with the Museum performance series, which seeks to reflect on the dynamic character of contemporary art and to investigate the emancipatory possibilities of performance. There, among others, she curated and produced the performances by Grace Ndiritu, Korakrit Arunanondchai, Paulina OĊowska, Haroon Mirza and Richards Sides, C. Spencer Yeh, as well as Polish choreographers Maria Stoklosa and Ramona Nagabczynska.
